Quality Assurance at MIKRON MACHINE

   Quality is our first priority. Over the last 25 years we have earned the trust in producing high pressure valves for the nuclear industry. As a result of being a Aerospace certified vendor, Mikron Machine has produced engine parts for the Black Hawk Helicopter and the F18 fighter planes used in Operation Desert Storm. The generator parts produced by Mikron for the F18 planes are among the most critical parts of the $50 million aircraft.

        The quality assurance management program and quality system at Mikron Machine is in compliance with various standards including MIL-Q-9858A and is progressing towards the ISO9000 and ISO9002 standards. In addition, this program and system are in full compliance and have approved by Nuclear, Areospace and other quality programs.

    Mikrons capability of testing both hydrostatic and seat leakage ensures a good valve when it leaves the plant. Test procedures are available with every valve upon request.
